Just a mini-review for now

Thanks to the new format, you'll be getting a full review soon.

Up. Down. Sword. Down. I played Dragon's Lair way too much as a child.

Does anyone remember when Dragon's Lair was first released in the arcades? It was heralded as the savior of the arcade game! Riiiiiggghhht! Nevertheless, I still pumped quarter after quarter (it was 50 cents ya know) into this game. Little did I know then that the movements I made were not in real time. Oh well.

This is nice conversion on the Jaguar, but the graphics and sounds are a bit grainy. Also, I don't remember having to play through the exact scene over and over until you get it right in the arcades. If you croaked, you played a different level if I remember correctly.

This game has it's moments, but don't expect to get much long lasting enjoyment from it. Once you've gone through it, you'll never play it again.
