In this game you're a frog (?) roaming around in your submarine (!) shooting fish, attacking towers (?!), shooting eyeballs (!!!!!), and avoiding floating molecules (?????). Arabian

April 23, 2007 - Arabian is one of those overlooked games that needs some home conversions. (I think there was a NES version though.) So, if you haven't tried it, it's not your fault! Fire it up in MAME and I bet you'll enjoy it.

Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story

February 18, 2007 - Not exactly the top of the heap when it comes to fighting games, at least it isn't DOUBLE Dragon 5! The good thing about Dragon is that you can compare it with the Genesis and SNES versions. Naturally, the Jaguar version is the best.

Jr. Pac-Man

January 9, 2007 - Finally a Pac-Man game on the 2600 that no one could complain about! It's got tons of scrolling mazes, lots of nuance, plenty of toys to eat(!), and multi colored ghosts (or monsters if you prefer.) In fact, the only problem with the game is that it may be TOO good!

January 1, 2007 - When the original arcade game was released, it was a graphics powerhouse. Few companies had done "3D" game using 2D hardware! Atari must have been crazy to try to port Crystal Castles to the 2600!
